AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND THE CRUISE COMPANY
Travel services are offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Payment for our travel services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Prices
All prices quoted are based upon double occupancy, two (2) persons sharing room or cabin, unless otherwise noted. All prices are subject to availability and prior sale and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. The Cruise Company is not responsible for typographical errors. Unless noted otherwise, transportation, passport and visa fees, departure taxes, items of personal nature, optional activities, tours, gratuities and taxes are not included.

This site may contain links to other Web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and are not endorsed by The Cruise Company and/or its third-party providers or distributors. The Cruise Company and/or its third-party providers or distributors shall not be responsible for the content of any other Websites and make no representation or warranty regarding any other Web sites or the contents or materials on such Web sites. If you decide to access other Web sites, you do so at your own risk.

Description of Services
The Cruise Company provides users with the access to a rich collection of on-line resources, including, various information tools and product specific information provided by third parties. You understand and agree that the service is provided “as is” and The Cruise Company assumes no responsibility for the descriptions, availability or misquotations of offers and programs provided by the supplier or their agents.Cancellations or changes
A confirmed reservation are subject to availability and to any penalties that are charged by the cruise line or supplier. Any refunds of unused portions of a trip will be made in accordance with the terms & conditions of the travel supplier who received your payment.

Proof of Citizenship
Proof of citizenship, visas, vaccinations and passport requirements are customer’s complete responsibility. Depending on customer’s destination, customer is required to have a passport, visa(s), and relevant documentation of current vaccinations. Customer is instructed, advised, and required to complete research with enough advance preparation to obtain the necessary documentation to travel to, through, and stay in each destination planned as part of customer’s itinerary. Remember there are rules unique to minors traveling. Minors require their own documentation, and requirements vary according to the type of travel, whether domestic or international, and even by supplier.

Travel Destinations
Although statistically, most travel is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. The Cruise Company urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, advisories, and relevant vaccinations issued by the United States Government and others prior to booking travel to certain destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of various risks associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov,www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.istm.org, www.tripprep.com, and www.customs.gov.

Transportation
Unless customer specifically purchases transportation from The Cruise Company, transportation to and from customer’s destination is the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility / Airline Employment
Verification of customer’s eligibility for reduced rate benefits is required prior to the release of any travel documents. Eligibility varies by supplier and it is customer’s responsibility to provide whatever is required by the supplier(s). The Cruise Company is not liable for any penalties and/or forfeitures based upon customer’s inability to verify eligibility in a timely manner in advance of the anticipated travel. Proof of eligibility must also be available for inspection upon check-in for all travel.

Travel Insurance
The Cruise Company strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

Itinerary/Supplier Alterations
All suppliers reserve the right to change the itinerary without prior notice. In the event of a reduction in services provided or a change to a hotel at a lower rate than the type included in the tour, a proportionate refund will be made at the discretion of the tour operator(s) or cruise line.

Seller Of Travel
The Cruise Company is a registered seller of travel in California. California registration number: CST 2062240-40

Modification of Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice and other restrictions may apply. The Cruise Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which these Terms & Conditions are offered and customer agrees to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of customer’s use of the travel services of The Cruise Company.
