Travel & Cancellation Policies
Our team has been fortunate to work with cruise partners across the globe for over a decade and consider this community our family. Our hearts are with all of you who have been impacted directly or indirectly by coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to remind you today that we are always here for you and are committed to keeping you informed as we navigate this very fluid situation.
All cruises departing from U.S. ports have ceased operations for a period of time. Visiting the cruise line websites directly continues to be the most effective way to get up-to-date information on their policies and operations. If you have an upcoming booking while cruises aren’t sailing, you will be hearing directly from the cruise line if you haven’t already. If you need to reach us about a cruise booking, please email [email protected]
Below you will find a list of when the cruise lines are planning to resume itineraries, as well as links to their policy covering future cruise credits and refunds on canceled sailings. We have also provided links to relaxed cancelation terms for bookings on future sailings.
Cancelled all departures from Miami through April 30 and select Emirates, Mediterranean and Southern Caribbean sailings through April 25
